1/2 of butter unsalted (melted)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
4 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cups walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, combine sugars and butter and hand held mixer, once becomes fluffy add in eggs and vanilla extract. Mix
Using a sieve, add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, combine together though don’t over mix.
Add in chocolate chips and optional walnuts, this dough makes 12-15 big cookies, using a ice-cream scoop, scoop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, cover the tops of cookies with extra chocolate chips for extra chocolaty goodness! Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then turn down to 350 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes, once edges begin to turn golden-brown, broil on high for 1 minute, remove from oven, sprinkle with flakey sea salt and enjoy with a tall glass of moo juice!
